Enquiry form

When you send a message through the consultation form, I receive your name, email address, organization (if you give one), the topic and your message. I use them to reply to you and to handle what you ask for.

The form is provided by Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored in my Netlify account and sent to my email. I delete enquiries once they are handled, at the latest after twelve months, unless we go on working together.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before an agreement, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, I store your email address and the fact and time of your consent. I use them only to send occasional emails about workshops, products and research.

The list is kept in Resend. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. You can also ask me to delete your address at any time.

Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Workshop bookings

Bookings and payments are made in the Holvi shop of R5 Athletics & Health, which has its own privacy terms. This website only links there.

Technical data, cookies and analytics

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to run the service. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Who else processes the data

Netlify (hosting and the enquiry form) and Resend (the newsletter) process data on my behalf. Both are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
